Quality Time with my Big Boy

This afternoon we created this racing finish line and two cars (from Cars 2). Following directions. From a year ago.
This wouldn't have been so hard except that we (read Mommy) had to sift through all the Legos and random "invents" to find the pieces we needed (and we didn't cheat and use different colors than specified).

So, this happened today...

Yep. Just got in there on his own. Fully dressed. While I was in another room.

I know I'm woefully behind on blogging (holidays, birthday!, visit from Team Winter...), but in the meantime, here's some cuteness I spied last night. I mean, those stretchy pajamas, the attempt to use the pincer grasp,...it was just adorable.
