Skiing Fun!

James and Dan had season passes to Campgaw this year and have been skiing all winter. John was super jealous. "I go skiing too! I go mountain too!"

Today we enjoyed an end-of-season special, and all four of us hit the slopes! It was my first time on skis in sixteen years. We had so much fun!

A Taste of Spring

On Tuesday, we walked home from school for the first time in a while. No polar votex, woo hoo! 

Upon arriving home, James and John geared up in their helmets (and elbow and knee pads for John) and broke out the scooters. John did well with a little help from me, and he even started doing it on his own a bit! 

Love for Murdoch

You may or may not remember "Murdoch," the concrete cat that came with our house. James named (and colored) him our first summer here three years ago. 

Well, when we had our taste of spring on Tuesday, I found John embracing our "pet."
