Prayers

Thought you'd enjoy hearing about James's bedtime prayer tonight.

He stood at the side of his crib, folded hands resting on the crib railing, with his head bowed, as I thanked God for everyone in our family:

"Thank you for Grandma and Grandpa, Nana and Pops, Auntie Ali, Uncle Preston, and Auntie Peg."

"And..." James said.

"And Mommy and Daddy and James."

"And..."

"...and all of our friends," I offered.

"And ZimZim" he concluded, smiling.

So, Zim the cat, James is looking out for you!
